Online Group Classes

£60 for a month’s access

Running every:

Tuesday - 5pm - 6.30pm

Fridays - 10.30am - 11.45am

Each class we move through a slow and dynamic breathe-led flow. Uniquely designed to ease tension, mobilise joints, strengthen and tone the body. We also look to restore and deeply nourish the body, from the inside out. We begin and end each class in mediation.

These classes are suitable for those who have practised yoga for a year+

About Emma

Emma found yoga whilst training to be a contemporary dancer.

She was instantly drawn to the practise and soon trained under Bridget Woods Kramer at Triyoga, London.

Emma is a devoted Anusara-inspired yoga teacher and welcomes all students. Her classes provide a space to breathe, move, mobilise, unwind and remember the essence of our true nature.

Anusara means ‘to flow with grace’

Expect a fusion of movement, yoga flow, pilates-inspired toning, deep relaxation and meditation each class.
